House Bill 1803 is out of committee and to the PA House. Please write or call your representative to express support for the Responsible Lighting Act HB1803. Representatives who voted against the bill in committee represent districts who depend on dark skies for astrotourism and the money that is generated from it. Please ask them to reconsider and do what’s right for their constituents and all Pennsylvanians.
